This year’s 2026 recipient of the Alumni Recognition Award is Alexandra Mamalakis from the class of 2014.
Alexandra Mamalakis ’14 Wins the 2026 Alumni Recognition Award

Alexandra credits Boston Trinity Academy as foundational to her life and work, reflecting, “I was filled with love there, so I could then go out and love others.”
After earning her Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago, Alexandra founded Stamp of Sunshine, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering meaningful human connection through handwritten letters. What began as small pop-up events in Chicago coffee shops has grown into a movement that has sent more than 7,000 postcards and hosted over 230 events, including more than 50 in-flight gatherings and events on college campuses across the country.
That same spirit of generosity continues through Alexandra’s ongoing support of the BTA community, including her participation as a 2019 charity runner for Boston Trinity’s scholarship fund.
Through her creativity, compassion, and joyful service to others, Alexandra exemplifies the values of faith, integrity, and service that Boston Trinity Academy seeks to cultivate, and we are proud to honor her with the 2026 Alumni Recognition Award.
