Boston Trinity Academy welcomes students of all faith backgrounds and with varying degrees of religious commitment. While many of our students identify as Christians, some do not. We are confident that all students will benefit from learning from a Christian perspective.

If you want to be in a place where you will be known and loved as a person, challenged as a student, and encouraged to serve others, then Boston Trinity is the place for you.

Boston Trinity is a college preparatory school, and as such our students are challenged to achieve their highest potential. So, yes, our classes are difficult and our academic expectations are high.

However, we have strong support systems in place to help students excel.

Our students graduate fully confident in their readiness for the rigors of college and beyond.

We know that many students worry about leaving old friends and making new ones. At Boston Trinity, you will find kind and welcoming students, and friendly faculty, and staff. We also see parents and families form wonderful friendships over the years as they volunteer, pray, and cheer from the stands together.

Absolutely. Our mission at Boston Trinity Academy is to educate students from diverse backgrounds in an academically demanding, Christ-centered community, inspiring them to lead lives of faith, integrity, and service.

Each student here is known and loved, and to that end, each student is carefully directed through the college discovery and application process.

Our Director of College Counseling works closely with every student and his/her family to develop a plan for the college application and matriculation process.

Our college acceptance rate is 99.9% and each year we send students to the top colleges and universities in the country.

This is an important question. We receive applications each year from every type of educational institution, including homeschooled students. Each school sends us students who are capable, caring, and ready to face the challenges of a Boston Trinity education.

However, there are key differences between BTA and public schools. Namely, Boston Trinity is focused on educating students to grow in mind, heart, and soul.

Headmaster Emeritus, Frank S. Guerra, has said “Learning alone can be arrogant.

Faith alone can be ignorant. Learning and faith, with service, is transformative.” We know that public schools are pillars in the community, and believe they have a great responsibility to educate everyone, but we offer an education that incorporates deep learning, faith, and service, which we know is unique.

Families searching for private schools have many factors to consider: boarding vs. day, single-gender vs. co-ed, religious vs. non-religious, to name a few.

We know that families, especially in New England, have many wonderful private school options to consider. Generally, families can be certain they have found the right school if their values align with a school’s mission.

We do want to note, however, that Boston Trinity Academy offers as rich, if not richer, education than many competing private schools, but for far less tuition.

We are also grateful to be able to enhance our school by offering financial aid to 50% of our student body.

At Boston Trinity, we think through what makes our teaching uniquely Christian. We have a robust Bible curriculum which works its way from 6th through 12 grade.

Each year of the Bible curriculum is slightly different.

For example, in 9th grade every student takes a comprehensive course called Humanities 9, which incorporates Bible, English, and History.

In 12th grade, the Bible course is called Senior Symposium, and is the hallmark of a BTA education.

In addition to our Bible curriculum, we worship together weekly during Chapel, and stress throughout the school the importance of serving and loving our neighbors.

Beyond these pieces, our faculty are often challenging Christian and non-Christian students to defend their beliefs and convictions through civil discourse.

We believe that students in our Middle School learn the important  skills they need to  succeed in high school.

Our students are challenged in core areas such as time management, organization, public speaking and self-discipline. Our small classes ensure that students receive the attention required to help each student develop these necessary skills.

In addition, all Middle School students study Latin.

Latin lays a strong foundation for the study of English, science and the romance languages in the Upper School, as well as enhances a students’ ability to read and interpret literary and historical texts.

This results in significantly improved SAT scores.

We offer eight sports between the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Our middle school students are required to participate in two sports seasons and our high school students are required to participate in one season. Our athletic teams compete in the Independent School League and have won 29 championships in our school’s short history.
