Leadership Training

Stepping up to make a difference.

Each year, students apply to become Trinity Institute interns who desire to go deeply into learning about social and environmental justice issues as well as to grow as leaders. These students are engaged in leadership for social change. While there are many models of leadership, we focus on principles of servant leadership, collaborative leadership, and community-organizing skills.

Trinity Institute interns receive focused training and may enter leadership positions in various social action group projects. They also may propose, develop, and implement new projects that aim to address particular social injustices.

The interns are the servant leaders of the Institute, putting in the behind-the-scenes energy needed to keep things running.
