Menu for the Event
Entrée choices:
– Pan Seared Mediterranean Black Bass with Thyme Garlic Confit Heirloom Tomatoes (GF) with roasted spring vegetables (mini zucchini, mini patty pan squash, cipollini onions) and buttery potato purée;
– Chicken Florentine with roasted spring vegetables (mini zucchini, mini patty pan squash, cipollini onions) and buttery potato purée;
– Seared Tofu Spring Vegetable Stir Fry (GF, Vegan) with snow peas, English peas, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, and soba noodles in a sweet chili sauce;
Dessert choices:
– Chocolate Raspberry Dome with triple berry sauce;
– Key Lime Tart with whipped crème fraîche.
