BTA International Student Summer Institute
Boston Trinity Academy is now accepting applications for this summer’s International Student Summer Institute, July 16 – August 17th. Students, ages 14 – 18, with intermediate to advanced conversational and written English skills and a SLEP score of 52 or above can apply for this English language immersion program. Emphasis will be placed on improving both written and spoken English through ESL and individualized tutoring. Classes include SAT preparation and US History.
Students, aged 12 and 13,can participate in an intensive English as a Second Language program.
Students will live with American host families in the area. In addition students will visit the campuses of Harvard, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston University, and other area colleges.
Admission counselors from colleges will conduct seminars to help students identify the most appropriate college for higher education.
Recreational opportunities include weekly field trips to points of interest in the greater Boston area, beaches, sports events and museums.
Tuition : $6000 all inclusive (academics, recreation, homestay)
Student is responsible for airfare to and from Boston.
Students who attend the International Student Summer Institute will be prepared to attend any American high school upon completion of the program. Participation does not assure placement at BTA during the school year. Students are invited to apply to BTA and will be considered based on BTA’s criteria for acceptance Into the academic year.
